By Car: Free public parking is provided in the Centre Car Park, with entry via the roundabout on the corner of Kambrook and Glen Eira Roads. Carpark opens at 9am.
By Train: Frankston, Dandenong, Cranbourne and Pakenham lines depart regularly from Flinders Street to Caulfield Station, located directly opposite the course. The journey from the City takes approximately 15 minutes. Additional services are provided during peak times.
By Tram: Racegoers can catch a Route 3 or 3a tram and alight at Stop 56. From the city, Route 3 travels along Swanston Street and St. Kilda Road and operates weekdays only. Route 3a travels along Swanston Street, St Kilda Road and St Kilda Beach and operates weekends only. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. From East Malvern, Route 3/3a services travel along Waverley Road.
By Bus: Access to Caulfield is available from Stud Park Shopping Shopping Centre, Wellington Road, Monash University (Clayton) and Chadstone Shopping Centre via SmartBus Route 900. Travel time from Stud Park is approximately 50 minutes. Route 624 buses from Kew, Auburn Station, Tooronga Station and Holmesglen Station also operate to Caulfield.
Moonee Valley Racecourse

By Car: Free Parking is available at centre carpark. Entry via Dean St or Wilson st, Moonee Ponds.
By Train: Craigieburn line from Flinders Street Station, stops at MooneePonds Station. MVRC is a 10 minute walk down Puckle Street.
By Tram: No. 59 tram from Elizabeth Street arrives directly at Moonee Ponds junction. MVRC main entrance is a 200m walk.
By Taxi: A taxi rank is located on McPherson Street, Moonee Ponds.
Sandown Racecourse

Sandown is situated 25kms from the city along the Princess Highway and regarded as the premier entertainment complex in Melbourne's south-east. The course is easily reached by car or train.

By Car: There is ample car parking at the course. Sandown Racecourse is located 25 kilometres from Melbourne's city centre and can be reached by following Dandenong Road/Princes Highway and also via Springvale Road. The turn-off to the racecourse is clearly sign posted. Access is also available via the Monash Freeway. Take the Springvale Road exit (turning right into Springvale Road from Ferntree Gully Road), turn left onto the Princes Highway, then take the racecourse turn-off. There is ample complimentary car parking available at the course.
By Train: There are regular trains from Flinders St to Sandown Park running from 8am, check time table as not all trains stop. and also regular trains returning to the city from 3pm.

By Tram: Catch the FREE City Circle tram or the No. 48 tram from Flinders Street to the Waterfront City / Harbour Town, or Take the No. 86 tram via Bourke Street to Waterfront City / Harbour Town.
By Train: Take the train to Southern Cross Station and exit at the northern (Etihad Stadium) end, then its only a 15 minute stroll over the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge to the waterfront. Turn right and walk along the promenade to Waterfront City and through to Harbour Town at the southern (Collins Street) end and take the FREE Docklands shuttle bus to Harbour Town departing from Collins Street on the hour and half hour, daily 10am-6pm.
By Car: Melway Reference: 2E D3, access via Footscray Road to Pearl River Road or Waterfront Way. Or travel along Harbour Esplanade to Docklands Drive. Parking available at Harbour Town Shopping Centre and is free for the first hour and then a $5 flat rate for the whole day.
